About Nikita Westbury

Nikita Westbury is an Aboriginal Speech Pathologist and Orofacial Myologist, and currently serves as the First Nations Lead at Speech Pathology Australia. She presents nationally on culturally safe and responsive practice, supporting professionals to work respectfully and effectively alongside First Nations children, families and communities. Her work is grounded in lived experience, clinical expertise, and a commitment to deep listening and meaningful allyship.
