My child is a teenager - is this course suitable for me?

A response directly from our presenter, Kate: , "Yes, all of the underlying concepts or cumulative stress, window of tolerance, capacity vs capability and recognising signs of escalation can be applied to any age range, even ourselves as adults. The Person/Environment/Occupational model which I adapt to be child, environment, expectations is also designed to be applied across the lifespan.  I do give lots of examples from my own experiences implementing strategies with my 7 year old and I also give broader examples based on trends I see in the families that I work with. My comfort zone tends to sit with primary aged kids; however, I have worked professionally with teenagers and young adults."
