We’re Perth Hills Allied Health — a warm, collaborative, and growing paediatric practice in Kelmscott, WA. We’re currently looking for a passionate, adaptable Speech Pathologist to join our team for a minimum of 3 days per week (school hours available).
In this role, you’ll:
✅ Deliver meaningful, client-centred therapy to children and families
✅ Collaborate with a neurodiversity-affirming team who values YOU
✅ Work flexibly and with autonomy while feeling supported every step of the way
You’ll Experience:
Deep connection with a purpose-led team
Flexibility to suit your lifestyle and family needs
Real opportunities for clinical and personal growth
A diverse, exciting caseload in a beautifully resourced environment
Access to Adult Learning Zones workshops hosted in-house — completely free
A caseload that includes both NDIS participants and private-paying clients
Fortnightly team meetings and occasional fun team events to keep us connected
You didn’t become a Speechie to feel isolated, boxed in, or burnt out.
Maybe you’re tired of being stretched too thin in a system that prioritises caseload over care.
Or maybe you're craving a place where your creativity, energy, and ideas are actually welcomed.
What you really want is a team that feels like home.
A role where your skills are nurtured, your contributions matter, and you can grow at your own pace — without compromising your values, your wellbeing, or your love for the work.
At Perth Hills Allied Health, we do things differently. Our approach blends compassionate care with evidence-based, innovative practices — and we support every team member to bring their full self to the work.
In this role, you’ll be supported to:
Deliver therapy in our beautiful new clinic, or in homes, schools, community settings, or via Telehealth
Tailor therapy approaches to meet each child where they are
Access extensive resources and tools, including assessments, therapy materials, iPads, and laptops
Grow your skills with regular supervision, peer mentoring, and PD opportunities
Explore interests like parent coaching, group programs, or training development
Enjoy dedicated admin time for session prep, reporting, and follow-up
And the extras?
4 weeks paid annual leave (plus unpaid leave options during school holidays)
Reimbursed mileage for travel
Monthly peer forums and external PD support
A whole team that has your back
Fortnightly supervision valued at $200/hour, at no cost to you
External supervision provided when in-house experience does not cover specific challenges
Free access to all Adult Learning Zones workshops hosted in-house
No KPI tracking pressure — we set targets based on your salary, and our admin team fills your calendar
Work to your strengths while receiving support to grow in areas outside your comfort zone
Fortnightly team meetings and occasional social team events
Meaningful 1:1 therapy sessions with engaged clients
A flexible, school-friendly schedule that fits around your life
Collaborative case discussions and clinical brainstorming
Time to prep, plan, and follow up without rushing
Ongoing supervision to grow your confidence and skills
Warm team chats, shared laughter, and mutual support
A caseload managed by our admin team, so you can focus on client care, not numbers
The option to provide Telehealth services for regional and remote clients
Fortnightly team meetings that build connection and keep everyone aligned

You’re looking for purpose, connection, and a place to grow.
You believe in delivering therapy that’s affirming, ethical, and grounded in compassion.
You’re curious, open, and not afraid to say, “I don’t know, but I’m willing to learn.”
And that’s exactly the kind of clinician we’re looking for.
