About Aleisha Hawley

Aleisha Hawley is an experienced Speech Pathologist and the founder of Flow Talk Speech Pathology, a practice dedicated exclusively to supporting children with Childhood Apraxia of Speech (CAS) and complex speech sound disorders.

Aleisha has completed advanced training in the assessment and treatment of CAS and is deeply committed to delivering therapy that is both evidence-informed and neurodiversity-affirming. Her clinical work bridges current motor learning research with respectful, functional, and autonomy-supportive practice.

Known for her thoughtful teaching style and practical clinical insight, Aleisha regularly contributes to advocacy efforts within the CAS community and is passionate about supporting speech pathologists to feel confident, ethical, and effective in their work.
